I’m Rahmane Lahmar, but you can call me Lahmar or Coach T, I train ambitious athletes, from rising talents to pros, to unlock their full potential !

I’ve trained athletes across levels, from youth players to NFL pros like Chris Braswell (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) and Jihaad Campbell (Philadelphia Eagles). I don’t stand on the sidelines — I train with you, adapt to your reality, and make your goals my priority.
With a background in multiple sports and years of experience in strength, conditioning, and mental preparation, I combine science, adaptability, and a genuine passion for performance.

For online coaching, I create a fully personalized program for you and deliver it directly. Each week (depending on the option you choose), we jump on a call to review your progress, answer questions, and adjust your plan if needed so you stay on track.
For training camps, spots are limited and tailored to your needs. To join, just send me an email or DM, and we’ll schedule a call to plan everything and organize your experience.
